As part of our ongoing upgrade to our UC platform, we are implementing an upgrade to Portal Security. This consists of separating voicemail PINs from Portal passwords. Starting October 5th, 2017, the next time you log in you will be required to set a password and PIN.
Upon logging in, you will be prompted to set your Portal password as well as confirm or change your voicemail PIN.
Password: Portal passwords require a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters, at least one Uppercase Letter, and at least one number.
PIN: Voicemail PINs require a minimum of 6 numbers and cannot include your extension number or other common sequences such as 111111,123456,999999,000000.
Once you click Save, the password and PIN will be set, and you will be redirected into the Portal.
Note: If you use Dialtone for iOS or Android, changing this password will log you out on those products. Simply log back in with the new credentials the next time you launch Dialtone for iOS or Android.
