How to configure Enhanced 911 on a new Domain

This guide will provide steps to configure Enhanced 911 (e911) for a new Domain.

If you have an existing domain using Legacy 911 and need to convert to Enhanced 911, click HERE.

To set up Emergency Notifications, click HERE.

 

  1. Emergency Caller ID will need to be the main number that is sent to the Emergency Services.
  2. Fill in the full address details as shown in the example below
    • The Location field can help identify specific building information, such as door #, floor, etc.
  3. Click Validate
    • The address may change to correct Avenue to Ave, full Zip Code and others.
  4. Click Add

After validating, the address will look similar to the below.
