VoIP Call Recording

CALL RECORDING

Level365 VoIP services has the ability to record voice conversations.  This feature is not enabled by default and is an add-on feature. 

To record phones calls:

  • Press *1 during an active phone call to start recording the call.   These calls are stored in Level365's system and can be accessed by logging into our system and downloading the file. 

To download recorded calls

  • You need to login Level365's VoIP system with the username and password information provided by Level365
  • Once logged in, click on RECORDED CALLS.   All the recorded calls will be saved and can be downloaded from this page.
