Pass through caller ID when transferring call.

This lesson will describe how to change your settings in the management console for your hosted voice to allow voicemail message envelopes to notify with the correct caller ID of the person leaving the message. By default, this feature is enabled at setup. The only time this feature is disabled is when the client requires the ability to forward calls outside of the network to the PSTN.

Choose Phone Termimal Setup


1. Login in to your control panel
2. Select the mail line ring group, typically labelled "MLN".
3. Select "Phone Terminal Setup" icon.

Preserve original CallerID on transferred calls


1. Check "Preserve original CallerID on transferred calls" in Setup Extension screen.
2 Select "OK" at bottom of screen.
