Hunt Groups allow calls to transition from the primary or advertised line to a secondary line when the primary line is already in use.
When an incoming call reaches a busy line, the Hunt Group will automatically search for the next open line. The Hunt Group will check each of your lines to find an open line. If no open lines are available and voicemail has been set up, the Hunt Group will forward the call to the voicemail of the original line.
