From the Customer section of the Manager Portal, click on the Users tab. Then select Add User.

Fill in First Name, Last Name, Extension, Department (optionally), email address, User's Scope, and password. Also optionally uncheck "Enable Voicemail" and "Add Phone Extension". The password is used for both User Portal login and as the voicemail password. Each User Scope is defined here.
Optionally - Add a phone to the new user
By leaving the "Add Phone Extension" box checked on new user creation, a placeholder phone is created. To associate this placeholder with a physical or soft phone, select the newly-created user, change to the Phones sub-tab, and click on the Name (same as the extension number).

You can reference the credentials for the phone to set up a softphone in the Settings box, or select a specific Model of phone from the Model dropdown box. Model-specific options will be presented depending on the model selected. Optionally, you can enable call recording of this device.
