‘Always available’ Audio Conferencing functionality has become the norm in day to day business applications in the industry.  The ability to create conference calls on-demand and offer this as a value added service is no longer a request only coming from large enterprises. This has now become the standard for medium and even small sized businesses today.
The Conferencing Module delivers feature rich audio bridging functions that when combined with the Level365 Core can provide a full suite of audio conferencing capabilities.  The Conferencing Module is connected to the core via both SIP and native database connectivity so that it can be tightly integrated with any call flow that is being handled by the network.  Depending upon a client’s required configuration, the Conferencing Module can be deployed on the same server as the Core or dedicated servers.  The Conferencing Module can also be configured in a clustering fashion to easily increase scale and physical site diversity.
