Distinctive Ring Tones

Polycom, Yealink, and Cisco/Linksys phones will have different ring tones depending on whether the caller is internal or from an outside number.

Internal Extension - CallerID

Internal calls now show the actual extension of the caller instead of the public CallerID of the caller.  This allows for the ability to use the Redial function of the phone or Web Panel.

Revamped Web Panel

The web panel has been completely redone.  Includes many user-friendly features such as Visual Voicemail, Contact Center, click to dial, call history, etc.

No more Dialing 9

You no longer have to dial 9 when making an outside call.
