We use these responses, both internally, to assure you are getting your questions answered to your satisfaction, and externally, as we publish these metrics on our website for everyone to see. These are real-time metrics and show the results of the last 100 support incidents. These metrics are also used to review our support team and are linked to compensation. Anything other then "Satisfied" are escalated up to management, 1. To make sure we get your issue resolved and, 2. To make sure we have the proper personnel in place.
