This information will help you update the credit card we have on file for your account.
CLICK ON THE PROFILE LINK
When your credit card payment is declined, you will receive a notification email informing you of the transaction not completing. In that email will be a link to update your profile. When you click on that link in the email, you will be taken to your account, which will look like the page above. Thsi page gives you a complete accounting of your account with Level365.
1. To update your credit card on file, click on the "Profile" link in the upper right corner.
ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
1. Update your credit card information with your new information.
2. When finished, be sure to click "Save".
