- Friday, January 1st 

For any service impacting emergencies, you may always contact the Level365 help desk at 800-590-CLOUD (2568) and Select Option 1. You may also submit non-urgent support requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our support portal at and an engineer will address your ticket on the next business day.
