Managing Voice Mail Greetings

To manage your voice mail greetings, you will need to Login to the portal.

Once you Login, this will be your home screen.

From here you will need to click on the "Messages" button at the top of the page.

This will take you to the "Messages" homepage

Next, click on "Settings"

This will take you to the "Messages" Screen.

Now, click on the "Manage" button.  It looks like a little speaker, arrow directing to it above.

To add a greeting click on the "Add Greeting" button

1. If you have a greeting already recorded on your PC/Mac you can select the upload button.

2. Click on the Browse button to select the location of the file you want to upload from your PC/Mac.  

3. You will need to name your greeting.

4. Once you named your greeting, you will need to click the "Upload" button.  

5. After your file is uploaded, click on "Done."

1. To record a greeting select "Record."

2. "Call me at" is the number that the system will dial.  You can put in your extension number, your cell phone, or any other number you want to be reach at - and the system will call that number.  This is how you will record your message.  

3. You will need to name your greeting.  

4. Click on the call button and the system will call the number you put in the "Call me at" field.  

5. Once your recording has been completed and you have disconnected from the system click on "Done."

After saving, you will be back to the "Messages" screen

You will now be able to:

1. Choose the greeting by selecting it from the drop down window.

2. After you select your greeting, make sure you click on save.
