First log into MVP (https://myvoiceportal.com) as an Office Manager. (Please contact Level365 support if you need your credentials elevated.)
Now click on Manage Organization at the top right.
Now click on Inventory
From the Phone Numbers tab, you can see your company's DIDs and how they are assigned.
From the Phone Hardware tab, you can see which phone is assigned to which extension.
