This tutorial will go over transferring calls via the portal. You can navigate your browser to the portal at https://app.level365.com/.
After logging in, your current call will be displayed as a popup on the lower right side of the web page. The transfer options is represented as a telephone handset with an arrow pointing right.
Selecting this option will bring up a field where you can enter an extension number or phone number. Enter the number and then press the green arrow. This will transfer your call.
