Blocking inbound numbers using the Portal

This article will explain how to block inbound numbers at the individual User level.

Calls routed via a Call Queue or Group will ignore this blocking method. Please contact support to have numbers blocked at the Queue/Group/DID level.


Start by browsing to the Portal at and logging in with your credentials.

Click the Answering Rules icon at the top, then Allow/Block.

You will be presented with the following screen.

Enter the 10-digit number you wish to block and click the + symbol, and click Done when finished. The specified number(s) will be immediately blocked.
