A Letter of Authorization, also known as a LOA, is a document that is exchanged between telecom companies, or between a customer and a telecom company, granting permission for the receiver to install telecom services for the sender.
A signed Letter of Authorization allows Level365 to request a CSR (Customer Service Record) on behalf of the customer.
When a new customer requests Local Number Portability (LNP) service, completing the required form enables Level365 to work with our new customer's existing or previous telecom service provider(s).
