Level365 offers two softphone applications that take call handling beyond the desk phone: the Level365 Softphone for Desktop, available for Windows and Mac, and the Level365 Softphone mobile app, available for iOS and Android. Both apps can place and receive calls, access voicemail, and send text messaging.
Simultaneous Ring (Sim Ring) is turned on by default in Answering Rules, so incoming calls ring the desk phone and any softphone apps at the same time and can be answered from any device.
