CRM Connect Pro can be installed by first downloading it here. You will need to agree to the terms and conditions, and will be prompted for local administrator rights.
Enter the access code provided by Level365.
You can now log in with your Level365 UC portal credentials, which are also used at https://app.level365.com. If you are unsure of your login information, click here.
Select your audio devices on your computer you would like to use.
After clicking Finish, the app should be running in your system tray, as shown by the green circle below. Right-click on it and select Configuration.
Under Integrations, select Add New and select Salesforce and then click Set.
Complete the Client id field and then click Authorize.
You can check the integration status by using the below tests.
