Robocall and Spam Protection

After logging in to the Portal, click the Answering Rules navigation button.

Click Allow/Block.

In the Spam Calls section select the action you wish to be taken on a potential spam call.

  • Notify - Notifies the receiving party of suspected spam.
  • Send to Voicemail - Sends the call to voicemail without offering it to the receiving party.
  • Drop Call - Terminates the call immediately upon detection of potential spam.
  • Screen Call - Prompts the caller to record their name; plays back to receiving party with the option to accept the call or deny it.
