Level365 CRM Connect Pro

To use CRM Connect Pro you will need a license, please reach out to Level365 for licensing cost and setup.

 

Depending on your Salesforce licensing will determine which integration is used. Here are 2 videos by the developer showing the integration.

To get the latest software version click on either Windows or Mac depending on your operating system. You will need to agree to the terms and conditions, and will be prompted for local administrator rights.

Enter the correct access code.

You can now log in with your Level365 UC portal credentials, which are also used at https://app.level365.com.  If you are unsure of your login information, click HERE.

 

Select your audio devices on your computer you would like to use.

 

After clicking Finish, the app should be running in your system tray, as shown by the green circle below.  Right-click on it and select Configuration.

 

Under INTEGRATIONS, select Add New and select Salesforce and then click Set.

 

Complete the Client id field and then click Authorize.
