VoiceIQ Early Access Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the VoiceIQ Early Access Program (the “Program”) offered by Level365 (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or using the Program, you (“you” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

The Program provides participants with early access to Level365’s VoiceIQ features and services (“VoiceIQ” or the “Service”) prior to general availability. Participation is voluntary and at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

The Program is available by invitation only. You must be an active Level365 customer or authorized representative of a customer. You must be at least 18 years old. We may restrict or revoke eligibility at any time.

3. Program Purpose

The Program is intended for evaluation, testing, and feedback. The Service is in development, may change substantially before release, and may include limited functionality, errors, or interruptions.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for internal business evaluation purposes. You may not resell, transfer, or sublicense the Service. You may not use the Service to compete with Level365 or for benchmarking without our written consent. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Service Availability & Support

The Service is provided without any service level agreement (SLA) or guaranteed uptime. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Support is limited and provided at Level365’s discretion.

6. Data & Privacy

Use of the Service may involve the collection of customer data, including call audio, transcriptions, and usage data. Data will be used to operate, improve, and support VoiceIQ. Data will be handled in accordance with the Level365 Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to provide any data entered into the Service.

7. Feedback

You agree to provide feedback about the Service. We may use feedback without restriction, obligation, or compensation.

8. Confidentiality

The Service, its features, and related documentation are confidential. You may not disclose, share, or publicize details about the Program without our written approval.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with Level365. No licenses or rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Level365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Program shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect until the Program concludes or your participation is terminated. Either party may terminate participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

13. No Guarantee of Future Availability

Participation in the Program does not guarantee access to future versions of VoiceIQ. Features tested may not be released commercially.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
