The Level365 MS Teams Integration combines the collaboration features of Microsoft Teams with the advanced calling capabilities of the Level365 UC platform. This integration allows users to manage calls, voicemails, call queues, and presence all within Teams, while still leveraging the full power of Level365 services.
With this integration, users can place and manage calls directly from Teams on desktop or mobile, access voicemail, call center views, analytics, and presence monitoring in one place, and take advantage of tools like the Attendant Console and UC App for advanced call handling and visibility.
The Microsoft Teams integration is an optional add on and requires additional licensing fees. Please Contact Level365 Support for pricing and implementation information.
Calling Features
- Place calls directly from the MS Teams dial pad within MS Teams (desktop and mobile).
- Access the Level365 UC App within MS Teams (desktop and mobile).
- MS Teams extension-to-extension calling is not used.
- Internal extensions are available in the Level365 UC App within MS Teams for click-to-dial extension calls.
- Sync tool available to merge Level365 extension contacts with primary contacts.
Voicemail Integration
- All voicemail messages go to Level365 voicemail; MS Teams voicemail is not used.
- Voicemail messages are available in the Level365 UC App within MS Teams and sent to the user’s email.
- Voicemail transcription is viewable with each message in both the UC App and email.
Attendant Console
- Customizable view of extensions, including department view and user-created groups.
- Incoming calls stack in order of arrival.
- Drag-and-drop call control for blind transfer, attended transfer, and transfer to voicemail.
- Call parking and park retrieval.
- Launches from MS Teams in Chrome
Call Center View
- Best view for tracking calls to call queues/ring groups.
- Displays call details, including hold time, talk time, and agent availability.
- Accessible in Level365 UC App within MS Teams
Analytics View
- Customizable board display of all call center metrics.
- Monitor call queue performance and agent status.
- Launches from MS Teams in Chrome
Presence Monitoring
- MS Teams presence syncs with Level365 presence status.
- When enabled, inbound calling is paused based on MS Teams presence.
