Level365's VoiceIQ is a browser-based tool for reviewing call recordings, searchable transcripts, and AI-generated insights. It helps users quickly find key moments, capture call notes, and identify action items without replaying entire calls. The app features a performance-optimized dashboard, interactive transcripts that sync with audio playback, and AI summaries that highlight the purpose, outcomes, and follow-ups from each conversation.
Compatibility
VoiceIQ is currently optimized for desktop use only and is not designed for mobile devices..
Getting Started
Logging In
- Navigate to https://voiceiq.level365.com/login
- Enter your Login Name and Password
- Click Login to access the application
- If you've previously logged in, you may see a "Continue as [your email]" option
Forgot your credentials?
- Use the "Forgot login name" link to recover your username
- Use the "Forgot password" link to reset your password
- After resetting credentials, return to https://voiceiq.level365.com/login
Calls Dashboard
Overview
The Calls Dashboard is your main hub for viewing and managing call recordings. It displays a personalized greeting and comprehensive list of all available calls.
Call List Features
- Call Direction: Visual indicator showing inbound/outbound calls
- Participants: Shows who called whom (From → To)
- Date & Time: When the call occurred
- Duration: Length of the call
- Phone Numbers: Complete from/to number information
- Location: Call site and department information

- Recording available: blue speaker icon
- Transcript available: purple document icon
- Infinite Scroll: Automatically loads more calls as you scroll
- Virtual Scrolling: Smooth performance even with thousands of calls
- Smart Loading: Loads calls on-demand for optimal speed
- Click any call in the list to view detailed information, transcript, and audio playback
Call Details & Transcript Interaction
When viewing a call, you'll see a two-column layout:
- Left Column: Interactive transcript
- Right Column: AI-powered insights and analysis
Audio Playback Controls
- Play/Pause: Standard audio controls
- Scrubbing: Click and drag to jump to specific parts of the recording
- Duration Display: Shows current time and total call length
- Speed Control: Adjust playback speed as needed
Basic Interaction
- Click any word in the transcript to jump to that exact moment in the audio
- Auto-scroll: The transcript automatically follows audio playback (podcast-style)
- Speaker Identification: Clear visual separation between different speakers
- Timestamp Accuracy: Each word is precisely timed to the audio
Search Functionality
- Keyboard Shortcut: Press Cmd+F (Mac) or Ctrl+F (Windows/Linux) to open search
- Real-time Search: Results appear as you type
- Multi-word Search: Search for phrases and full sentences

- Press Enter to go to next match
- Press Shift+Enter to go to previous match
- Use the up/down arrows in the search interface
- Results counter shows "X of Y matches"
Auto-Scroll Behavior
- Automatic Following: Transcript scrolls to follow the currently playing audio
- Manual Override: Scrolling manually temporarily disables auto-scroll
- Resume Auto-Scroll: Click the "Resume auto-scroll" button that appears when disabled
- Smart Positioning: Keeps current word positioned optimally in your viewport
Copy & Paste

Smart Formatting: When you copy text from the transcript, it automatically includes:
- Speaker labels
- Proper formatting
- Call context information
- Standard Copy: Use Cmd+C (Mac) or Ctrl+C (Windows/Linux) as normal
Visual Indicators
- Current Word: Highlighted in blue as audio plays
- Search Matches: Light blue background for all matches
- Active Search: Dark blue background for currently selected match
- Speaker Avatars: Visual distinction between different speakers
- Clickable Words: Hover effect shows words are interactive
Header Collapse
- Smart Headers: Call header and transcript title automatically collapse when scrolling down
- Scroll to Top: Click the up arrow button when headers are collapsed
- More Screen Space: Collapsed view maximizes transcript visibility
AI Overview
The right column provides AI-generated insights including:
- Reason for Call: Why the call was initiated
- Call Notes: Key points and outcomes
- Action Items: Tasks and follow-ups identified
Settings
Access user settings and preferences through the settings icon in the sidebar:
- Account Information: View your profile details
- Logout: Securely sign out of the application

Transcript Navigation
- Use search for specific topics: Instead of scrolling through long transcripts, search for keywords
- Click words for precision: More accurate than trying to scrub audio to exact moments
- Let auto-scroll work: Don't fight the auto-scroll - it's designed to enhance your listening experience
- Resume auto-scroll after manual navigation: Use the resume button to get back in sync
