Organizational Call Blocking

Organization-Wide Call Blocking allows administrators to block specific numbers across the entire company, preventing those numbers from reaching any user or extension. This feature is accessible from the Call History page in the Level365 web app.

Organization Call Blocking requires an Office Manager account in order to add a number for blocking.

 

 

To block a number, select the Call History tab.

 

 

You will be presented with the below screen. You have two options for blocking numbers. The options are numbered below:

1: The first option tagged in the screenshot is the ability to add a number to the Blocked list by simply clicking on the icon that appears next to the call entry in Call History.

 

2: The second option, "Blocked Numbers" button will launch a model box that will allow you to add numbers by manually typing them in. You also have the ability to clear any numbers you might have previously blocked via this window.

 

 

 

 

If a number has been previously blocked, it will be display an icon in red. Note that if the number is blocked, you'll see "Blocked" under the duration in red along with the blocked icon displaying in red:
