The Cradle to Grave feature provides a complete view of a call’s lifecycle, showing every step from when the call is received to when it ends. This includes all transfers, queues, auto attendants, and users involved along the way. Cradle to Grave is a valuable tool for identifying call-flow issues, reviewing handling performance, and verifying that calls reached their intended destinations.
Accessing Cradle to Grave Reports
- Log in to the Level365 web app - app.level365.com
- Select Call History from the menu bar.
- Use filters (date range, user, call direction, etc.) to locate the desired call.
- Click the Cradle to Grave icon next to the call record.
Viewing Call Details
After clicking the icon, a visual trace of the call will appear. This view displays each action or event in order, allowing you to see exactly how the call was routed and handled, including:
- Start and end times
- Queues, transfers, or users involved
- Ring times, hold times, and call durations
- Final call result (answered, missed, voicemail, etc.)
Cradle To Grave Retention
The Cradle to Grave report is retained for 21 days. It provides a visual summary of how a call progressed through the system, including all routing steps and participants involved. Due to the many variations between individual calls, Cradle to Grave data cannot be exported. The report compiles multiple underlying call records into a single, dynamic view that cannot be reproduced as a combined report across multiple calls.
