Cradle to Grave is a feature used to simplify viewing a call's route from start to finish across any Call Queues or Auto Attendants it traverses.
To see a call's route, start by browsing to the Call History section.
Apply any filters necessary to locate the call.
Click the Cradle to Grave icon.
The resulting icon will show the path the call took.
