Web Phone

On first launch of the Web Phone you will be prompted to Allow use of your microphone. The Web Phone MUST BE ALLOWED to access the microphone, if not then the Web Phone will not register and you cannot make or receive calls.

  1. If needed, click on the microphone icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Continue allowing
  3. Click Done

To reach the Settings on your Web Phone click the 3 horizontal bars in the top left corner then click Settings.

We recommend setting both Microphone and Audio output to Default in combination with Windows settings. This allows the computer and Web Phone to match properly and no issues to occur.
