Accessing SIP Logs From Desktop and Mobile Apps

This article provides step-by-step instructions for collecting SIP logs from our softphone applications on both mobile and desktop platforms. SIP logs are essential for troubleshooting call-related issues and may be requested by our support team.

Android (Click to Expand)
  1. Click the vertical ellipses in the top right hand corner then select Settings
  1. Under Settings, click Sip Log
  1. Click the vertical ellipses in the top right hand corner again and select Share
  1. Select the Email App and send the logs to support@level365.com
iOS (Click to Expand)
  1. Click the ellipses in the top right hand corner then select Settings
  1. Under Settings, click Sip Log
  1. Once the SIP Log pops up, select Share. Select the Option Other
  1. Select the Email App and send the logs to support@level365.com
Windows (Click to Expand)
  1. On the left side bar, click thew gear icon to access Settings
  1. When the Settings Window pops up, select Troubleshooting on the left side bar
  1. Select Export SIP log
  1. Find the destination folder and click Save

Email the saved file attachment to support@level365.com or reply to the existing ticket.

Mac (Click to Expand)
  1. On the left side bar, click thew gear icon to access Settings
  1. When the Settings Window pops up, select Troubleshooting on the left side bar.
  2. Once on that tab, select Export SIP log
  1. When the SIP log loads, Click Save
  1. Find the destination folder and click Save
