This article provides step-by-step instructions for collecting SIP logs from our softphone applications on both mobile and desktop platforms. SIP logs are essential for troubleshooting call-related issues and may be requested by our support team.

Android (Click to Expand)
- Click the vertical ellipses in the top right hand corner then select Settings
- Under Settings, click Sip Log
- Click the vertical ellipses in the top right hand corner again and select Share
- Select the Email App and send the logs to support@level365.com
iOS (Click to Expand)
- Click the ellipses in the top right hand corner then select Settings
- Under Settings, click Sip Log
- Once the SIP Log pops up, select Share. Select the Option Other
- Select the Email App and send the logs to support@level365.com
Mac (Click to Expand)
- On the left side bar, click thew gear icon to access Settings
- When the Settings Window pops up, select Troubleshooting on the left side bar.
- Once on that tab, select Export SIP log
- When the SIP log loads, Click Save
- Find the destination folder and click Save
Email the saved file attachment to support@level365.com or reply to the existing ticket.
