UC Platform Updates

4/23/2026

Applied security and performance updates to the platform.

Removed the Forward to External PSTN option from DID Treatment and Auto Attendant menus due to fraud risk and outbound call compliance requirements. Existing configurations are not impacted. New or updated external forwarding must be configured using Answering Rules, which is the standard approach.

New Features

  • Organizational Call Blocking - We now offer Office Managers the ability to block incoming calls from certain numbers via the Call History Tab. Information can be found in this article - Organizational Call Blocking
  • Contacts Dock - Faster load times and a more stable click to call function.
  • An app selector dropdown is available on WebPhone to easily navigate to other applications within the WebApp.

 

Fixes

  • Corrected an issue within Call Center Reports that caused the selected date and time range to be reset when switching report views.
  • Corrected an issue where Custom Statuses added or edited from the Call Center Reports Page didn’t save.
  • Now, if a user makes a call from a non-Web Phone device, the call will be pushed into Web Phone Call History without the need to refresh.

Time Frames Update

  • New recurring and holiday time frames. New holiday time frames provide for configuration based on hundreds of available holidays worldwide with complete customization of holiday observances.

Fixes

  • Corrected a bug concerning portal display of active time frames for a given user. The active tag was previously dictated by the viewing user's time zone. Now the time zone of the user who owns the time frame/answering rule will inform the active tag.
  • Corrected an issue where call center email reports were not being deleted.
  • Corrected a bug preventing users from deleting scheduled call history exports.
  • Corrected issues that could result in duplicate user appearance in Analytics.
  • Corrected a call stat bug. Previously, in some cases where a call was canceled before reaching voicemail or being forwarded, the call did not appear in abandoned call statistics. Now, calls fitting this case will appear as abandoned.
  • Fixed a call park issue where WebPhone would not display calls parked from hardphone endpoint devices.
  • Fixed a bug where the portal was not showing some call recordings.

Persistent Voicemail Reminders

  • When a new voicemail message is left, a persistent notification can be sent by email, phone, or SMS. Users will be reminded, at set intervals, until the message is saved or deleted.

Call Park Ringback Ringtones

  • Calls ringing back from park will now have a distinctive ringtone to distinguish these calls from other incoming calls
