User Emergency Address Management
Emergency addresses are managed in the user profile, or through the location prompt when an update is required. These settings keep the correct address associated with each user's emergency calls.

Assigning 911 Numbers and Addresses to Users
Office Managers assign 911 numbers and addresses at the user level. This configuration determines how emergency calls are routed and which location details are sent to emergency responders. Numbers and addresses can be assigned based on user location or site, individually or in bulk.

Emergency Endpoints
Emergency endpoints are the callback numbers and caller names provisioned for 911, maintained in Inventory. Each endpoint works together with an emergency address, so responders receive both a number to call back and the location of the caller.
Address Verification
Dialing 933 confirms that a phone's emergency address is registered correctly for 911 service, so the right address is delivered during an emergency call.
