This article will explain how to block inbound numbers at the individual User level.
Calls routed via a Call Queue or Group will ignore this blocking method. An Admin on your account will need to add that number to the Blocked List on the system extension.
For security purposes, Level365 cannot add numbers to a Blocked List on your behalf.
Start by browsing to the Web App and logging in with your credentials.
Click the Answering Rules icon at the top, then Allow/Block.
You will be presented with the following screen.
Enter the 10-digit number you wish to block and click the + symbol, and click Done when finished. The specified number(s) will be immediately blocked.
