This article will instruct you on forwarding your extension to another number using the Portal. For instructions on forwarding from your phone, see this article.
This will not forward calls routed to you via a Call Queue or Group. Please contact support if you would like these calls forwarded.
Start by browsing to the Portal at https://app.level365.com and logging in with your credentials.
Click the Answering Rules icon at the top.
Select the Edit option to the right of your default Time Frame. If you have more than one Time Frame, refer to your Office Manager for guidance.
You will now be presented with the Edit Answering Rule screen. Here you can manipulate how calls to your direct extension or DID are handled.
Check the box Always under the Call Forwarding section and enter the phone number (or extension) that you want to forward to. Click Save to finalize your choices.
Calls will immediately begin following the new Answering Rule, and will continue to do so until you change it.
