This article will demonstrate how to add multiple email recipients to an extension's voicemail.
These instructions must be completed by an Office Manager.
Start by browsing to the Portal at https://app.level365.com and logging in with your credentials.
Click Manage Organization in the top-right corner.
If you do not see Manage Organization in this location, contact an Office Manager.
Select the Users tab.
Locate the account who's voicemail you wish to add email recipients to and select it.
Under the Change Account Security section, click the plus mark and enter the additional email you wish to receive voicemail notifications. This process is repeatable as many times as you wish.
Click Save when finished.
