This article explains the New User Activation and Welcome Email process for Level365 services. It covers when the email is sent, how to activate your account, set your voicemail PIN and password, and what to do if the activation link expires or the email cannot be found. It also outlines password and PIN requirements, recommended next steps after activation, and tips to ensure your service is ready on day one.
Welcome to Level365!
About three business days before your service begins, you will receive an email titled “Your new phone system account” from Level365. This email contains the link to activate your account, create your voicemail PIN, and set your password. Please complete the steps promptly to ensure your service is ready.
Activate Your Account (Within 72 Hours)
- Open the welcome email and click Complete Setup.
- Follow the prompts to set your Web App password and 4-digit voicemail PIN.
- If your link has expired, visit app.level365.com and click Resend Activation Email.
Password & PIN Requirements
Password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include at least one number and one uppercase letter
- Not contain your extension number
Level365 password recommendations:
- Use a password of 16 or more characters
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
- Use a unique password that is not reused elsewhere
- Never share passwords

For additional protection, enabling Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) or signing in with Single Sign On (SSO) is strongly recommended.
Voicemail PIN must:
- Be at least 4 digits
- Cannot be sequential or repetitive digits (ex: 000000, 111111, 123456, 999999)
- Cannot contain your extension number
