Account Setup
Begin by setting up access to the Level365 platform and confirming successful sign in. This section outlines how to use the welcome email, access the Level365 Web App, and configure voicemail. Completing these steps helps ensure the account is prepared for calls, messages, and additional communication features.
Getting Access to the Level365 Platform
Account access is provided in one of the following ways, depending on how the organization is configured.
Welcome Email - Creating a Web App Login Password and Voicemail PIN
New users receive a welcome email that includes a link to create a Level365 Web App login password and set a voicemail PIN. Completing this step provides access to the platform and enables access to voicemail via an IP telephone.
Single Sign On (SSO) - Signing In with Google or Microsoft
Organizations using Single Sign On can access the platform using company credentials through Google or Microsoft. A separate Level365 password is not required.
A voicemail PIN must still be configured to access voicemail messages from a desktop phone
Level365 Web App
Once logged in, the Level365 Web App provides a centralized platform for managing calls, messages, voicemail, and other communication features.
Voicemail Setup
Voicemail configuration ensures callers hear the appropriate greeting and that voicemail messages can be accessed securely. Voicemail settings can be managed consistently across mailboxes, auto attendants, and music on hold where applicable.
