HIPAA policies may require Email Notifications to be DISABLED. Please consult with your legal and compliance officers to consider the specifics of your requirements.
To access your voicemail notifications, login to Level365's Web App then follow the below steps:
- Messages
- Settings
- Notifications
Email Notifications: Disable or Enable email notifications
Email Type: When notifications are enabled you can receive a hyperlink or an audio file attachment
After Email Notification: Choose where the new voicemail goes after you receive it; Leave as new, Move to saved or Move to trash
