This article will demonstrate how to copy voicemails to other extensions within the domain.
Each user who receives a copy of a voicemail can manage their copy without affecting other users' copies.
Start by browsing to the Portal at https://app.level365.com and logging in with your credentials.
Click the Messages button, then click Settings.
In the Copy to extension(s) field, enter the extension or name of the user you would like to receive copies of your voicemails. To add multiple users, click the green plus symbol to add another row.
When all desired users are present, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
